Finally, after 6 months of silence I am writing my first post.
In the past several months I didn’t have any free time to update my blog but now I am trying to change this. I hope that I will be able to write here much more frequently.
I have a lot of interesting topics to write about. Some of them:
- Presentation about Backup & Recovery Enhancements in Oracle 10g that I gave in front of the Bulgarian Oracle User Group in April
- Detailed posts about Flashback Enhancements in Oracle 10g and especially for the Flashback Database feature
- Paper about Installation and Configuration of 10g RAC with ASM under Windows 2003 – it is almost finished and I hope that I will be able to put it for download soon
- Source code for instrumentarium of PL/SQL-based code. Along with the information about execution and wait time it gives ability for tracing of the execution of every PL/SQL unit plus raised exceptions.
- Source code for report functionality about the used and unused space from segments within the database, including a simple “space advice” functionality according user-configurable parameters
Additionally, the blog has completely new design.
Enjoy!
